The subject of the contract is the delivery of diesel oil in the estimated amount of 224,000 litres and unleaded 95 petrol in the estimated amount of 100 litres to the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant "Orli Staw", Orli Staw 2, 62-834 Ceków, POLAND (including 3,000 litres of diesel oil in the second half of the year to the Waste Transhipment Station in Sieradz, ul. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in Part II of the ToR.3.Diesel oil will be delivered successively from the date of concluding the agreement to 31 December 2020. Planned date of commencement of the diesel oil order completion - 14.2.2020 by 31.12.2020. The delivery of 95 unleaded petrol will be made from the day of concluding the contract and will be made once only after the order placed by the Ordering Party by e-mail.Note: Due to restrictions in the number of signs in other parts of this announcement, the Ordering Party informs in this section that:1. The Contractor is obliged to pay a deposit of 25 000 PLN (in words: twenty-five thousand PLN 00/100) before the deadline for submission of tenders. The Contractor chooses the form of payment of the deposit from among those provided for in Art. 45 par. 6 of the PPL Act. The deposit must secure the submitted offer for the entire period of bid binding, i.e. 60 days, counting from the date of expiry of the bid submission deadline.2 The Bidder submits the offer by attaching to the Ordering Party's platform: 1) the completed bid form (Attachment No. 1 to IDW - I part of the ToR); 2) the completed statement referred to in item VI.3.)1. of this notice;3. power of attorney to represent all Economic Operators jointly applying for the award of the contract referred to in item 13.1. of IDW - Part I of the ToR (if applicable);4. power of attorney - if the tender is submitted by the Economic Operator's proxy;5. proof of payment of the deposit referred to in item 15 of IDW - Part I of the ToR;6. document referred to in item 12.2 of IDW - if applicable;- drawn up in accordance with the rules set out in IDW - Part I of the ToR.3.The Contracting Authority informs that in the case of this procedure, pursuant to Article 24aa of the Public Procurement Law, first of all, it will assess the tenders and then examine whether the Economic Operator whose tender has been awarded the highest score in accordance with the tender evaluation criteria specified in the Public Procurement Law, is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure.
