Description

The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for the Contracting Authority's facilities and the organisational units indicated in this Annex, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law of 10.4.1997.1) The Municipality of Konstantynów Łódzki will conclude the contract on behalf of itself and its organisational units. Separate agreements will also be concluded on behalf of: a) Municipal Public Library in Konstantynów Łódzki, Tadeusz Kościuszki Square 10, 95-050 Konstantynów Łódzki, b) Municipal Cultural Centre, 28 Łódzka Street, 95-050 Konstantynów Łódzki, c) Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Konstantynów Łódzki Sp. z o.o.., Jana Pawła II Street 44, 95-050 Konstantynów Łódzki;d) Independent Public Healthcare Facility, 10 Sadowa Street, 95-050 Konstantynów Łódzki.2) The selected Contractor will be obliged to terminate the existing agreements on the sale of electricity and provision of distribution services (comprehensive agreements) and to represent the Ordering Party and its organizational units before the appropriate Distribution System Operator in matters related to the conclusion of new distribution agreements. To perform the aforementioned activities, the Contractor will receive an appropriate power of attorney (Attachment No. 2 to the Draft Agreement).2. Order - purchase of electricity for facilities listed in Attachment No. 1 to the ToR:1) Estimated electricity demand in the period from 1 September 2019 to 31 December 2020 amounts to 3 947 282.00 kWh.2) Estimated value of the order in the period from 1 September 2019 to 31 December 2020 amounts to PLN 1 400 100.93.3In particular, the Contracting Authority obliges the Contractor to notify the designated Distribution System Operator of the execution of the electricity sale agreement concluded with the Contractor, to make declarations of intent and to determine on behalf of the Contracting Authority all necessary information concerning the termination of the existing electricity sale agreement and provision of distribution services (comprehensive agreement), to represent the Contracting Authority before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to the conclusion of the distribution services agreement.3 The Contracting Authority informs that the process of changing the supplier takes place for most points once again for the most part once again. All the points that go through the procedure of switching suppliers once again have separate contracts for the sale and distribution of electricity. Agreements for the distribution of electricity are concluded for an indefinite period of time. Points with the first change of the seller have concluded a comprehensive contract for an indefinite period of time. The Ordering Party declares that it has adjusted the measurement and settlement systems in tariff group B23.
