Description

The purpose of this framework agreement is to define the conditions under which the holder undertakes to provide curative disinsectisation of bulky items of various types (furniture, mattresses, sofas, clothing, etc.) found in public areas of the Toulon - le Revest metropolitan branch (streets, squares, gardens, etc.) and infested with bedbugs and/or cockroaches, among others. The treatment proposed and used must be carried out by controlling the risk of infestation in the neighbourhood, while respecting the immediate environment. The framework agreement with minimum and maximum is made in application of articles L. 2125-1-1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code. It will give rise to the issue of purchase orders. The amount of the supplies for the initial period of the framework agreement is defined as follows: minimum (inclusive of tax) EUR 20 000.00; maximum (inclusive of tax) EUR 40 000.00. The amounts shall be the same for each renewal period.
