Description

Continuous pest inspection and control measures of a certified company according to DIN EN 16636 in all properties mentioned under point 8 (building list) including all actually or existing hygienically harmful insects as well as house mice and Norway rats. The prerequisite for rodent control is compliance with the general criteria of good professional use of baits with anticoagulants by competent users and professional users with expertise (Version 1.3, baua).- Optional: Control / removal of "pests" rats and martens- Wasp control- Control / removal of animal carcasses (pigeons, rabbits, etc.)- Control of bed bugs (thermal control, insecticide-free)- Disinfection with formaldehyde according to TRGS 522
The aim is:a. To prevent the invasion of pests in the areas mentioned in the UMG service description. This is to be permanently ensured by means of chemical, physical, monitoring and advisory measures on site by competent personnel in accordance with the state of the art of nationally and internationally recognised and approved techniques, procedures, agents, etc., strictly taking into account the protection of personnel and patients, material compatibility, various environmental aspects while at the same time not interfering with (work and treatment) processes and complying with national legislation.b. The immediate professional control of unforeseeable accidental pests with subsequent binding recommendations for the future prevention of such occurrences (including follow-up controls and additional prophylactic measures).
