Description

This consultation concerns the award of a public contract for the temporary provision of management assistants, project assistants, public procurement assistants, secretaries and lawyers specialised in public procurement for the occasional needs of the Technical Agency for Hospital Information (ATIH). The contract is concluded for an initial period of one year from 1.1.2020 or its notification date, whichever is later. The contract may be renewed once for a period of 1 year by express decision of the ATIH representative within 1 calendar month before the expiry of the initial period. The contract is concluded in the form of a purchase order framework agreement with an economic operator. The contract is concluded with the following minimum and maximum amounts:- minimum amount for the duration of the contract: EUR 100 000 excluding VAT,- maximum amount for the duration of the contract: EUR 600 000 excluding VAT.
