Description

1) The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of workstations (15 pcs), 27" monitors (15 units), workstation (1 unit), specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "equipment". The offered equipment should be brand new, come from the current production (min. 2020), have the appropriate certificates permitting its sale and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland. 2) The Economic Operator is obliged to provide free of charge warranty service of the equipment. 3) The scope of the contract includes delivery of the equipment to the Ordering Party's registered office together with unloading and bringing to the place indicated by the Ordering Party.
1) The subject matter of the contract is the supply of workstations (15 pieces) as specified in Annex 2 to the ToR, hereinafter referred to as "hardware". The offered equipment should be brand new, come from the current production (min. 2020), have the appropriate certificates allowing its sale and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland.2) The Economic Operator is obliged to provide free of charge warranty service of the equipment;3) The scope of the contract includes delivery of the equipment to the Ordering Party's registered office together with unloading and carrying to the place indicated by the Ordering Party;4) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is enclosed as Attachment 2 to the SWZ;5) The Ordering Party does not anticipate the possibility of submitting variant bids.6) The Ordering Party does not anticipate awarding any contracts6) The Contracting Authority does not anticipate awarding contracts for additional deliveries as defined in provisions of art. 214 item 1 point 8 of the PPL Act;7) Contract completion date: up to 28 days from receipt of the order. The Economic Operator may shorten the completion deadline for each order as compared to the required deadline indicated above. An offer providing for shorter delivery time will receive points when evaluating offers according to the criterion of selection of the most advantageous offer.8) The required minimum term of warranty for the offered equipment shall be: for Part A: 60 months. Required service response time: within 4 working days from the notification of defect at the latest (for both parts). The Contractor may shorten the offered service response time in relation to the required time indicated above. An offer providing for a shorter service response time shall be awarded points when evaluating offers according to the criterion of selection of the most advantageous offer.9) Detailed terms and conditions of payment are contained in the model agreement constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference).10) The Contracting Authority does not provide for any additional requirements connected with contract performance relating to social, economic, environmental, innovation or employment aspects or to maintaining the confidential nature of information provided to the contractor in the course of contract performance;11) The Contracting Authority does not provide for a confidentiality clause within the meaning of Art. 94 of the PPL Act;12)Due to the nature of the contract, the Contracting Authority does not provide for the obligation to employ a contract of employment referred to in Art. 95 of the PPL Act.13) The Contracting Authority does not provide for an obligation of personal performance of tasks relating to site layout and installation work by individual economic operators applying jointly for the award of the contract within the meaning of Article 60 of the PPL Act or relating to participation of entities making available resources within the meaning of Article 121 of the PPL Act. 1) The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of 27" monitors (15 pieces) specified in appendix no. 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as: "equipment". 2) The Economic Operator shall provide free of charge warranty service for the equipment;3) The scope of the contract shall also include delivery of the equipment to the Awarding Entity's seat together with unloading and delivery to the place indicated by the Awarding Entity;4) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Attachment 2 to the SWZ;5) The Awarding Entity does not anticipate the possibility of submitting variant bids.6) The Awarding Entity does not anticipate awarding any contracts6) The Contracting Authority does not anticipate awarding contracts for additional deliveries as defined in provisions of art. 214 item 1 point 8 of the PPL Act;7) Contract completion date: up to 28 days from receipt of the order.
