The scope of the order includes: 1. Delivery of computer hardware with software and peripherals as well as photographic equipment to eleven studios in the Vocational and Continuing Education Centre, i.e.:A. to the digital graphic processes studioB. to the administrative laboratoryC. to the accounting studio. to the health and safety atelierE. to the florist workshopF. to the communication workshop in a foreign professional languageG. to the car workshopI. to the electronics workshopI. to the electrical workshopI. to the hairdresser's workshopK. to the technical drawing workshopDetailed description and quantity of computer hardware, software, peripheral devices, photographic equipment is included in Appendix No. 1a to the ToSHow.2assembly;3. start-up;4. marking of the equipment in accordance with the "Manual of the applicant and beneficiary of the cohesion policy programmes 2014-2020 with regard to information and promotion";5. providing service during the warranty period for equipment that requires servicing.The Contracting Authority informs that it does not envisage awarding the contract referred to in Article 67(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law.cf. the provisions of section VI.3):Contractor having its registered office in the territory of the Republic of Poland, for a person residing outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, to whom the document referred to in section VI.3 applies.If the Economic Operator has its registered office or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, instead of the documents referred to in section VI.3(6)(6)(1)-(4) referred to in section VI.3)(6)(1)-(4), it shall submit the documents referred to in § 7 of the aforementioned regulation.
