Description

A detailed description of the technical parameters and requirements of the Contracting Authority concerning the equipment constituting the subject matter of the contract is included in Annex 1.1 to the ToR, Chapter III to the ToR and the model contract - Annex 3 to the ToR. Where the scope of tasks of Part 1 of the proceedings includes computer hardware referred to in Annex 8 to the VAT Act of 11 March 2004. (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2174 - as amended) The Awarding Entity reserves the right to apply a VAT rate of 0% pursuant to Article 83 paragraph 1 point 26 (a) of the same Act, subject to obtaining consent issued by the Minister of Science and Higher Education. The Contracting Authority shall provide the Contractor with information on obtaining the consent issued by the Minister of Science and Higher Education, on the basis of which the Contractor shall be obliged to issue an invoice with the applicable VAT rate. The Contractor joining the tender shall be obliged to pay, before the deadline for submission of tenders, a deposit in the amount of: part 1: 20 000,00 PLN (in words: twenty thousand PLN 00/100)The requirements for the deposit are contained in Chapter IX of the ToR. The Economic Operator participating in the tender is obliged to provide, before the deadline for submission of tenders, a deposit of: in part 2: 10 000,00 PLN (in words: ten thousand PLN 00/100)The requirements for the deposit are included in Chapter IX to the ToR.
