United Arab Emirates - Pavilion content

Description

You should be able to provide:
- tailored digital content
- marketing services

This includes printing and fixing content in the participants pavilions.

Support is wanted from beginning to production (content creation, digitalization, printing and installation).

You will need to work with participants and Expo 2020 country managers to support:
- content design
- development
- quality assurance
- delivery

Your services may be required by up to 77 participants.

EXPO 2020 Dubai has developed exhibit layouts for 68 participants. Content have been embedded into the exhibition to bring the design to life. The types of content per exhibit lay-out will be provided to you.

Unique and customised exhibition designs have been developed for 9 participants. The types of content wanted will be provided to you.

You will also need to provide:
- graphic design for panels, walls, artwork, brochures
- photography, audio and videography services, including design and post-production capacities to meet the exhibition’s requirements
- video projection mapping
- content writing, proofreading including editing, and translation services

All exhibition content will need to be translated in English and Arabic. You may need to translate from Spanish, French and Portuguese into English and Spanish.

In 56 of the pavilions, you will need to provide graphic panels including connection, boards and printing.

You will need to prove that you the capability to provide these services. You must have worked on at least 5 previous projects of a similar nature.

You will also need to provide a project and resource plan which includes:
- key personnel with relevant competence and profiles
- your method and design approach
