Description

DSW21 (hereinafter: the contracting entity) has been awarded a public service contract by the City of Dortmund to provide regular public passenger transport services. The contracting authority transports a total of approx. 134 million passengers per year and intends with this invitation to tender to procure security and services in two lots.
Lot 1 comprises security and services in three service areas: 1. security and services for light rail and bus services, 2. major events and special services, 3. mobile property protection/prevention patrol. In this respect:.1 In service area 1 "Security and service in the light rail and bus sector", the tasks are primarily aimed at maintaining a safe and orderly operational process at the stops, in the operating facilities and in the means of transport (bus and train)..2 In service area 2 "Major events and special services", event-oriented assignments are carried out. Some of these are regularly recurring operations, such as football matches in the Signal Iduna Park or events in the Westfalenpark, in the Westfalenhalle and in the city centre. In addition, there may be deployments at other irregularly occurring events..3 In service area 3 "Mobile property protection/property patrol", patrols are to be carried out throughout the AG's route network. Surveillance of the properties and the infrastructure (in particular stops, depots and parking facilities) by patrols according to instructions. Locking and opening of stops and light rail facilities according to specifications. Event-oriented deployment in the entire transport area (e.g. covert surveillance of operating facilities). Lot 2 comprises property protection and gatekeeper services for the depot in Brünninghausen and the depot in Dorstfeld.
