Description

The procedure for awarding a sectoral contract is conducted by means of an open tender on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 29 January 2004. Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1986, i.e.) and on the basis of relevant executive regulations. The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of specialty steel sheets to the Branches of Polska Grupa Górnicza S.A. as part of consignment warehouses. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order as well as legal requirements and technical and utility parameters are specified in the ToR. In this procurement procedure communication between the Awarding Entity and Economic Operators, in particular submission of tenders, JEDZ and documents and statements, shall be made using electronic means of communication. Tenders with their annexes and the SINGLE shall, on pain of invalidity, be drawn up in electronic form and bear a qualified electronic signature.
