The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of spare parts and accessories for official vehicles used by the Voivodeship Police Headquarters in Opole, as indicated in the description of the subject matter of the contract, which constitutes an annex to the specification of the terms of contract. Quantities provided in the description of the subject of the contract should be treated as approximate. The quantity of the ordered assortment may be changed during the term of the contract, depending on the actual needs of the Ordering Party, without the right to claim on the part of the Contractor. The subject matter of the contract shall be ordered in lots, which in the text of the contract are referred to as "one-off orders", depending on the Ordering Party's current needs. The size of a "one-off order" shall be each time agreed upon by written notification within 3 days before collection, counting from the moment of notification. The subject matter of the contract shall be collected successively in parts by the Ordering Party's own transport from a point indicated by the Contractor, located within the administrative borders of the city of Opole, or the Contractor shall deliver the ordered parts within three days from the notification sent by the Ordering Party by fax to the Contractor's number, to the address of the Transport Department of the Voivodeship Police Headquarters in Opole, 95 Oleska Street, 45-232 Opole.
