Description

The subject of the order is the successive delivery with unloading and bringing the consumables to printers, photocopiers and other peripheral devices to all units of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and to the local units.All consumables must meet the following requirements: a) they must be brand new, unrefurbished, non-regenerated, manufactured from new elements, not previously used, not recycled, in the original manufacturer's packaging with the logo visible on the packaging (manufacturer's trademark), the product code, the type and model of equipment for which the material is intended and the expiry date, the packaging not bearing any opening marks, without any signs of damage, and have a minimum 2-year guarantee of quality of use from the date of delivery. The products offered must be legal under the patent laws in force in the countries of the European Union, the European Economic Area or a country with which the European Union or the Republic of Poland has concluded an agreement to this effect; (b) the colouring cartridge heads for the printers must not have originated from the R5, R11, R12 recovery process and must not have been otherwise processed, modified in any way; (c) a product the container of which has merely been cleaned and refilled with the so-called 'R5', 'R11' or 'R12' is not considered as brand new. (d) 'original' shall be understood to mean consumables produced from scratch by the relevant manufacturer of printing and copying equipment, which have been developed together with the equipment and media to ensure optimum print quality, performance and reliability of the equipment, bearing the same logo as the print/copy equipment in which it will be used; (e) they must have been originally secured by the manufacturer in such a way as to ensure that the product has not been used since its manufacture and must bear on the packaging a description clearly identifying the product and its capacity/capacity, the manufacturer's trademark, the product code, the type and model of equipment for which the material is intended and its expiry date.Partial orders will be executed at the request of authorized persons listed in Annex 6 to the ToR, submitted in writing within 3 or 5 days from the date of placing the order - the deadline for executing the partial orders is the criterion for evaluating tenders. The price of the tender must include the costs of delivery - transport of the subject matter of the contract to the appropriate units of UAM listed in Annex 6 to the ToR, the cost of unloading and lodging.Pursuant to art. 13 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 June 1967.4.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as "FAMILY", the Contracting Authority informs that: the administrator of personal data of the Economic Operators participating in the proceedings is Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Wieniawskiego 1, 61-712 Poznań, POLAND, 61 829 40 00, www.amu.edu.pl.
