Description

The subject matter of the order is: "Delivery of elements of the paid parking zone together with their servicing in the territory of the city of Żywiec". The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes two stages of its realization:1) in stage I:a. a. delivery, together with installation and activation of elements for the operation of the Paid Parking Zone (SPP),b. delivery of databases, licenses and all digital services constituting the components of the Paid Parking Zone (SPP),c. training the contracting authority's employees in the use of the aforementioned elements;2) in stage II a. maintenance service of the zone management software and system,b. maintenance service of the provided zone equipment and supply of consumables for the parking meters in the zone,c. supply of necessary parts for the repair of parking meters and other equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the zone.

XXXVII/282/2021 of the Municipal Council in Żywiec of 25 February 2021 3) Resolution no. XXXVII/282/2021 of the Municipal Council in Żywiec from 25th February 2021 on defining the paid unguarded parking zone in the area of Żywiec, fee rates for parking vehicles in the zone and fee collection method - Annex no. 11 to the SWZ;4) Specimen agreement - Annex no. 13 to the SWZ.
