This is a special notice for informational purposes only. The 23d Contracting Squadron intends to issue a single source award to Butler Parachute Systems, Inc. for the purpose of obtaining
LPP SERE Ground Training Unit, 11120, QTY: 1.
LPP Training Hanging Harness, 11094, QTY: 15.
The justification for restricting competition is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements). All inquiries on this action can be submitted by email to the POC: jordon.bongcayao@us.af.mil, NO LATER THAN 26 June 2019@ 2:00 P.M. This is NOT a request for proposal and does NOT constitute any commitment by the Government. Responses to this Special Notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
The basic requirements for this equipment are as follows: Parachute Training system that is only produced by Butler Parachute Systems, Inc.
