Description

Interior plaster, wall and ceiling paint for the new building:- approx. 30 units (House 1; subsidized rental housing construction, Munich Model Rent - MMM),- approx. 95 units (House 2-4; subsidized rental housing construction EOF),- approx. 24 flats (house 5 + 6; privately financed conceptual rental housing construction - KMB),- day nursery with 3 crèche groups and 3 kindergarten groups (house 5 + 6),- approx. 400 m2 GF for non-residential use (offices, retail, services),- underground car park.for this purpose the following are required in detail:- interior plaster on wall surfaces approx. 10,400 sqm,- wall and ceiling painting approx. 34,500 sqm,- painting of steel frames approx. 16,300 m,- floor coating approx. 1,200 sqm,- floor and wall markings approx. 500 pcs.Start of execution: the service provision is to begin 12 working days after the AG has requested it in accordance with § 5 Para. 2 VOB/B.The request is expected to be made in the period from 13.4.2020 - 8.5.2020.Completion of the services: 450 days after request in accordance with § 5 Para. 2 VOB/B.
