The Department of National Defence 17 Wing Detachment Dundurn, Saskatchewan has a requirement for a National Individual Standing Offer for overhead doors / dock leveler maintenance services including all labour, materials, equipment to inspect and service overhead doors and dock levelers.

The Standing Offer is requested for a period of three (3) years from the date of offer issuance with two (2) additional one-year option periods to be exercised at Canada’s discretion.

There are security requirements associated with this requirement.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CTPP), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

This RFSO allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offer electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 entitled Offeror Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, of the RFSO, for further information on using this method.
