Description

At the Hamburg-Bergedorf location in Holzhude 1 street, a three-storey new building, the KörberHaus, is to be constructed (gross floor area approx. 6,900.00 m2 ). The new building is intended to combine a broad spectrum of cultural, meeting, leisure and educational opportunities offered by various professional and voluntary institutions under one roof. The building site is surrounded by water on 3 sides and is bordered by a steel sheet pile wall. The supporting structure of the KörberHaus is planned as a reinforced concrete skeleton structure. The building is founded on piles.
A building automation system will be set up for the technical building services equipment (TGA) in accordance with its use. A graduated system is created, consisting of:- automation level (power section, automation section installed in the building services equipment);- field level (sensors, monitors, valves, etc.);- management level.building automation ensures the complex processing depth for all measurement, control, regulation, monitoring and optimisation functions. The automation schematics allow the operation of the TGA from the management level. 2 main points of information (ISP) are planned. An ISP is located on the ground floor and processes the information of the sanitary components, heating components and electrical components. The second ISP is located on the roof and processes the information of the central ventilation system as well as the heating components for the heating circuit of the ventilation.the following collective fault messages are transmitted from the ISP to the management level:- Collective fault heating (Summarized: pumps; valves; temperature limit value exceeded (STB);low water/pressure switch and other safety devices)- collective fault sanitary (fault message of the hygiene flushing or lifting system);- collective fault flushing ventilation staircase;- collective fault lift;- collective fault circulating air cooler;- collective fault sub-distribution;- collective fault safety lighting;- collective fault fire alarm system (BMA);- collective fault waste room ventilation.
