Description

Every two years, the European Commission holds a European Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Research Conference during its Presidency of the Council of the European Union, bringing together researchers and industry representatives in the field of information and communication technologies. This tradition will be continued under the German Council Presidency 2020. The subject of the contract is the provision of the premises with infrastructure (e.g. guest WLAN) and the corresponding set-up work, as well as the associated on-site implementation (in terms of premises, infrastructure and technology) of the event "ICT-2020 Conference". The catering with service and the entrance controls (security check of the participants) are to be considered in relation to the requirements for the premises; the catering and the entrance controls themselves, however, are not the subject of the contract and are the responsibility of the organiser (European Commission).
