Description

Preparation, organisation and creative implementation of all parts of the 2-day conference "The Hamburg Summit" 2020 with the option of extension by 2 further events of the series (in 2022 and 2024). It is expected that there will be around 500 participants plus 150 press representatives. The event is scheduled to take place in November 2020. The services required by the agency include participant management, design and production of conference materials, organisation of participant support, conference branding (including conception and layout of a conference branding that can be used for several years as a further development of the previous conference branding), conception and implementation of a gala evening in the Chamber of Commerce, organisation of the event infrastructure as well as the entire project realisation with the involvement of the client together with creative further development of the conference format.
