Department 115-7 in the Federal Foreign Office provides technical equipment and personnel for around 400 in-house events of various sizes and with a wide range of requirements each year, the object of which is to meet the needs of in-house and external organisers beyond the conference technology permanently installed in the building or mobile conference technology available in the building, as well as to provide the associated assembly, support, dismantling and transport services in connection with the events.This need arises primarily in times of high event density, and always when the available personnel resources and the technical park are fully utilised and have to be temporarily supplemented and when requirements outside the standard performance of conference technology have to be met by Ref. 115-7.The service recipient is usually Ref. 115-7 Conference technology for the fulfilment of tasks in the areas of sound reinforcement, lighting, media technology, video technology and studio technology. The power is needed recurrently on demand.
