Description

An event concept is to be advertised. The contractor shall be responsible for the conception, preparation, implementation and follow-up of the disaster control day, taking into account the parameters listed under point 3 of the service description. Furthermore, it coordinates all the actors involved, including clients, representatives of the organisations and service providers active in civil protection in North Rhine-Westphalia, both in preparation and implementation. The theme of the disaster control day is "Power failure". The aim of this open-air event is to make it clear to citizens what they cannot fall back on in the event of a power failure and how everyone can prepare individually for such a catastrophic scenario in order to call up the right behaviour in the event of a power failure. This aspect is under the sign of "strengthening the ability to help oneself". Technical information on the subject of "power failure" is to be conveyed in a playful manner via an action trail that interested citizens can follow. The theme of power failure is to be reflected in the event concept in as many actions and points of the day as possible, including the stage programme and the design of give-aways.the event will take place between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on 27 June 2020. The venue is the already reserved Münsterplatz in the Federal City of Bonn. The contractor shall ensure that the event concept is adapted to the individual conditions of the venue. Components of the concept draft, which must be presented and submitted within the scope of this award procedure, include the following individual components:- personnel concept,- outdoor advertising/social media,- creative concept,- room concept.The contractor develops a concept for outdoor advertising/social media (see also Section 3.2.1) of the service description). These include the following minimum ingredients: In addition, the Contractor shall develop a creative concept (see also Item 3.2.2) of the service description) with the following components: Presentation stands, action parcours, recommendations for action/checklist, self-help check, self-help guide, pocket card, stage programme, etc. A room concept must also be submitted (see also no. 3.2.3 of the service description). In the personnel concept (see also Section 3.2.6 of the service description), the contractor indicates the total number of persons that will be required to ensure the best possible preparation and/or execution of the event. Furthermore, the personnel concept must indicate how many persons the contractor can provide. The Contractor shall name the decisive functions of the contract by name already when submitting the tender. After the contract has been awarded, the submitted concept must be modified and a concept for technology (see Item 3.2.4), moderation (see Item 3.2.5), catering (see Item 3.2.7) and toilets (see Item 3.2.8) must be submitted. He is responsible for the construction and dismantling of the action areas and all other concept components. In addition, the contractor shall prepare an article for follow-up work by 8.7.2020 (see point 3.4).
