The aim for La Poste is to continuously interact with its customers in order to enrich its knowledge, make decisions and guide its service, communication and marketing strategy.This consultation, initiated by the Group's Communication Department (Research and Strategic Planning Department), should make it possible to respond to all of the Group's needs (communication, marketing, strategic, etc.) in terms of co-construction of the La Poste of today and tomorrow.At the launch of the consultation, the community is composed of 3.600 members not representative of the French population, and an average of 30 studies per year for the Communication Department but also the Sales & Marketing Department of BGPN (Consumer and Digital Branch), La Banque Postale, Mail and Parcels Branch) on usage tests, pre-tests, post-tests...Within the framework of its new strategic plan "La Poste 2030, committed to you", the Group wishes to :- Rethink its community of customers / employees online, all of which will be included in the new market, by adjusting the representativeness of the panel. - Give itself the possibility, in additional services, during the course of the contract, to expand the number of members to 5,000 or 10,000, and to new targets, constituted in representative panels (young people, companies, elected officials, professionals, etc.). The number of studies on the new market should be unlimited over the duration of the contract, with the possibility of conducting several studies simultaneously.The processing of La Poste's data, including hosting, backup and/or consultation, must be located within the European Union (EU), a country of the European Economic Area (EEA), or a country recognized as adequate by the European Union. The consultation file that will be sent to the selected service providers will specify the elements related to this requirement.
- provision of a platform for administering questionnaires, quali and quanti, and access to results for up to 10 administrators- access to this platform for answering surveys for up to 10,000 unique users- possibility of conducting an unlimited number of surveys per year- additional services: updating of panels (up to 6) for a community of up to 10,000 members, recruitment (up to 6,400 people, in addition to the current 3,600 members) of community membersMaximum amount over the entire duration of the contract (including the renewal period): 600,000 euros excluding VAT
