France - Operational readiness of heating systems

Description

Open call for tenders issued in accordance with articles R. 2161-1 to 2161-31 of the public procurement code. The market envisaged is of the MTI, MCI, CP and PF type depending on the sites concerned. All of the sites and equipment covered by the contract are described in Appendices 1 and 2 of the Special Conditions of Contract (SCOC). The services to be provided include:- MTI (P1 with profit-sharing, P2, P3), MCI (P1 with profit-sharing, P2 and P3), CP (P1, P2 and P3) and PF (P2, P3) contracts,- gas supply by the holder,- production of heating and domestic hot water,- distribution and emission,- ancillary services (unit heaters or similar, gas radiant heaters, air handling units),- air conditioning,- ventilation (VMC and CTA).The operating market shall commence on 1.7.2020 or on the date of notification, whichever is the later. It will in any case end on 30.6.2028, i.e. a total duration of 8 years.
