Task no. I - Maintenance of 3 solid fuel boiler plants in the city of Wędrzyn, the city of SkwierzynaThe service includes: Continuous maintenance of the boiler plant being serviced, Maintenance of the required and agreed with the Ordering Party documentation of the boiler plant operation, including: boiler room service books, records and settlements of accounts of accepted and used fuelRational management of the fuel entrusted, including settlement of its consumption on a monthly basis. The Contracting Authority shall require that persons employed by the Contractor or Subcontractor who directly perform activities related to the subject of the contract be on the basis of a full-time employment contract in accordance with Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974. - Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1502, as amended). The form of the persons employed cannot be changed. Task no. II - Maintenance of gas and oil boiler plants in the city of Wędrzyn, Międzyrzecz, Skwierzyna, Maintenance of the boiler plant being serviced, Maintenance of the required and agreed with the Ordering Party documentation of the boiler plant operation, including: boiler room service books, Rational management of the fuel entrusted to the company, including reading of consumption meters on a monthly basis.The Contracting Authority shall require that persons employed by the Contractor or Subcontractor who directly perform activities related to the subject of the contract be on the basis of a full-time employment contract in accordance with Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974. - Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1502, as amended). The form of the persons employed cannot be changed.
