Description

The University of Lüneburg Foundation intends to conclude framework agreements for the supply of office supplies and photocopying paper in 2 lots.the tender can be submitted for one or both lots.the ordered goods are to be delivered directly to the respective ordering organisational unit free place of use (to the respective office), invoicing is according to cost centres.
Products are to be procured which have been manufactured in an environmentally friendly or resource-saving manner and which cause hardly any environmental or health hazards during use or disposal. These include in particular products and materials that have been manufactured from residual substances or waste, as well as products that are durable, easy to repair, recyclable, refillable or easy to dispose of. No substances that are hazardous to the environment or health may be used in the manufacture or in the product. The ordered goods are delivered to the desk. In 2019, 4.1 million sheets of DIN A4 and 56,000 sheets of DIN A3 paper were consumed.the estimated purchase quantity for the paper is 4 million sheets of DIN A4 and 42,000 sheets of DIN A3 paper per year.Requirements for the paper:- 100 % recycled paper DIN A 4 and DIN A 3, degree of whiteness 70 % according to ISO,or comparable degree of whiteness, 80 g/m2 , cut with low dust content;- 100 % recycled paper DIN A 4 and DIN A 3, degree of whiteness 80 % according to ISO,or comparable degree of whiteness, 80 g/m2 , cut with low dust content;- 100 % recycled paper DIN A 4 and DIN A 3, degree of whiteness 90 % according to ISO/ alternatively degree of whiteness 88 % according to ISO,or comparable degree of whiteness, 80 g/m2 , cut with low dust content;- 100 % recycled paper DIN A 4 and DIN A 3, degree of whiteness 100 % according to ISO, or comparable degree of whiteness, 80 g/m2, cut with low dust;- 100 % recycled paper DIN A 4, degree of whiteness 147 according to CIE/ alternatively degree of whiteness 145 according to CIE, or comparable degree of whiteness 80 g/m2, cut with low dust;- good running properties on the copiers (make: Canon IR Advance C5535i) of the University of Lüneburg Foundation;- the possibility of short-term sampling must be guaranteed.The delivery of the ordered goods is carried out up to the desk.
