Description

The invitation to tender is for a framework agreement for the supply of office furniture to GNH for a period of 4 years. In this procedure, companies are invited to submit a bid for a framework agreement in accordance with these tender documents. The bids submitted will be examined and evaluated. A ranking will be made in the evaluation to determine the most economical bids. A framework agreement will be concluded with the companies in the first three places of the most economically advantageous bids determined in this way.
The special feature of a framework agreement with up to three suppliers is that the conditions for the specific requirement or the individual call-off are already defined in the framework agreement. This framework agreement does not yet give rise to any direct obligations to perform.a direct obligation to perform is created by an individual call-off. The individual call-off shall be based on the most economical offer in accordance with the above-mentioned ranking list. If the framework agreement partner with the most economical offer in accordance with the above-mentioned ranking list is unable to accept and/or execute the individual order thus tendered in accordance with the contract, the individual order shall be tendered to the framework agreement partner with the next most economical offer, i.e., the offer in the following rank, etc.
