The subject matter of the contract includes delivery (delivery and bringing) and assembly of furniture, divided into 2 parts. The furniture is intended for intensive use in public buildings. CPV code for both parts: 39130000 - 2 Office furniture.3. Deadline for execution of the contract (for both parts): up to 45 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
The subject matter of the contract covers the supply of office furniture.Information on the means of electronic communication which the Awarding Entity will use to communicate with Economic Operators, as well as information on the technical and organisational requirements for preparing, sending and receiving electronic correspondencea) Communication in the contract award procedure, including submission of tenders, information exchange and transfer of documents or statements between the Awarding Entity and an Economic Operator, shall take place via electronic means of communication, via the Silesian University of Technology Tender Platform: https://polsl.logintrade.net/rejestracja/ and e-mail: IA1@polsl.pl . The use of the Tender Platform by the Contractor is free of charge.b) An encrypted HTTPS protocol is used for the connection. Data encryption is made with the use of SSL protocol. The SSL certificate ensures confidentiality of data transmission over the Internet. The Economic Operator who has an account on the Tender Platform has access to submit and withdraw a tender, as well as the functionality allowing him to ask questions to the content of the ToR and communicate with the Awarding Entity in other areas.c) The technical and organisational requirements for sending and receiving electronic documents, electronic copies of documents and statements and information transmitted using them are described in the "Instructions" tab on the Tender Platform.d) The maximum size of files transferred via the Tender Platform is 150 MB.e) Time is recorded in the format YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS. The time of data transfer to the Tender Platform is the time at which the submission of a tender, notice, document or statement by the Economic Operator is confirmed.f) The Economic Operator may also transmit the aforementioned notice, document or statement (not applicable to a tender) to the e-mail address of the Awarding Entity. When forwarding the aforementioned notice, document or statement, the Economic Operator requires a confirmation of message delivery. The date of delivery of the notice, document or statement shall be the date of receipt of the confirmation of delivery of the message containing the above-mentioned files/attachments from the Contracting Authority's mail server. The maximum size of files sent via e-mail by the Ordering Party is 10 MB.
