Description

Municipality of Hilversum is preparing a European tender "Circular Office Planning and Advice". The aim of this tender is to enter into a long-term agreement with a contractor in order to achieve maximum effect through partnership. The Municipality of Hilversum has formulated ambitions for this tender in terms of functionality, circularity, multiple social added value, partnership and pricing. The Municipality of Hilversum wants to take major steps in the area of circularity/sustainability and vitality in the coming years and, together with the contractor, wants to look for new applications that will continue to contribute to the required functionality of the working environment. The tendering method that best fits these ambitions is the Rapid Circular Contracting method. With this method, the Municipality of Hilversum does not outsource fully elaborated solutions, but challenges market parties to offer the most ideal solutions together with partners.
This concerns a contract for the consultancy and supply of freestanding (not monumental) office furniture. Contract duration: 11 years,Extension: maximum 4x with 12 months.
