With a turnover of nearly EUR 9,000,000,000,000, 1,200 companies established and 12,000 employees, Rungis' international market is the largest fresh produce market in the world.Open 7 days a week and 17 hours a day, Rungis' international market is very diversified - both in terms of activities (5 product sectors), customer segments (retail trade, catering, supermarkets and supermarkets), sales methods (e-commerce, physical sales and delivery) and catchment areas (65% of sales destined for the Île-de-France, 25% for the province and 10% for exports).It enjoys a very strong reputation and image in France and abroad, both among professionals in its sectors and the general public, for example, the market enjoys 80% spontaneous recognition among the French (and 95% among the inhabitants of Paris Region) and 93% positive image.Semmaris is the company in charge of managing and developing the Rungis international market and wishes to develop an early childhood care service offer adapted to the needs and schedules of the market and has a 524 m2 room in the H0 building, broken down as follows:- 1st floor: 300 m2 gross,- Ground floor: 194 m2 gross,- basement: 30 m2 gross.The operator will ensure the development, then the management and the operation of a crèche. the creation of the crèche was decided following a market study which will be attached to the DCE for the companies selected for the offer phase.The concessionaire will in particular be responsible for the following tasks: - fitting out and equipping the premises dedicated to the activity of the crèche and the external space (the internal works will be subject to authorisation by Semmaris),- childcare and monitoring,- managing the operation of the structure,- drawing up projects and regulations,- financial management of the structures,- communication management.As the Paris-Rungis national interest market is in the public domain of the State, the operator will pay a fixed fee to Semmaris for occupying the public domain, pursuant to Article L. 2125-1 of the General Code on the Property of Public Persons.
