United States - Non-personal services contract to provide Overhead Hoists semiannual inspections with annual load tests and repairs

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following is a Request for Quote, W9124M-19-R-0019. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice. It is the vendor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions.
The Government requires non-personal services contract to provide Overhead Hoists semiannual inspections with annual load tests and repairs at Fort Stewart (FSGA) and Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF), Georgia. NAICS code 811310. Services will be required from 01 August 2019 through 31 July 2020 with two option periods, at Fort
Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, GA. If the lowest priced proposal is found to be unacceptable, the next lowest priced offer will be reviewed until one is found to be technically acceptable. Technical Acceptability will be based on the quoted items ability to meet the minimum Government need in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and 52.212-2.
