COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION
This notice is being posted as an avenue to provide Request for Proposals (RFP), W912DQ19R7001. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 531120 (Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings - except Mini-warehouses) with a size standard of $38.5M. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01.
Title of Requirement: N2W Integrated Program Office Modular Facility, St. Louis MO
Description of Requirement: A lease of modular space to provide an Integrated Program Office (IPO) consisting of temporary modular facilities. Temporary leasing of the IPO site shall provide space for NGA's and USACE's construction and administration offices during the construction of N2W, located on a 97 acre site near the intersection of Jefferson and Cass, in North St. Louis, MO. This project consists of temporary facility leasing, and Operation and maintenance of the IPO on a one acre site located within the 97 acre site. The IPO consists of temporary facilities, an observation platform, and a secure UTV storage. The IPO will support a staff of approximately 111 employees for approximately five years.

52.212-2 Evaluation - - Commercial Items - specific evaluation criteria are included in the provision.
52.212-3 ALT 1 Offeror Representations and Certifications - - Commercial Items are required to be included with the offer.
52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - - Commercial Items apply with the addenda listed in the clause.
52.212-5 DEV Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders - - Commercial Items apply to this RFP.
Additional contract requirement are included in the attached RFP.
This acquisition is a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) Rated order - DO rating.
