Description

This framework agreement concerns the supply of subscriptions in paper and/or electronic form to French and foreign periodical publications at the Grand Port Maritime du Havre.
Under this framework agreement, the holder will be responsible for:- subscribing and paying the subscriptions requested by the logistics and document management centre or its representative;- taking over subscriptions still in progress on the date of notification of the framework agreement, in order to ensure continuity of service in the delivery of the titles concerned;- ensuring the smooth running of distribution to the recipient services (within the set deadlines);- managing subscriptions by title and updates;- monitoring subscriptions and their execution with reminders if necessary;- following up on complaints;- providing the following summary statements:-- a summary statement of subscriptions classified by title, in alphabetical order;- a summary statement of incidents.
