Description
It is looking to refresh its existing 100% Redevelopment Panel and is seeking proposals from organisations who can undertake the detailed design and construction of dwellings and wish to be added to the panel. As this is an open panel, the principal can add appropriate suppliers at any time. Respondents are encouraged to submit their proposal at the earliest practical date.
Categories of housing projects include:
- 10 or less dwellings
- 11 to 29 dwellings
- 30 to 79 dwellings
- 3 or more storeys
The agency focuses on the efficient and effective management of state houses and the tenancies of those living in them. The panel was established in 2014 and refreshed in 2016.
