Description

The client operates a PDV data transmission network. This creates connections between the various control technology locations for electricity, gas, water and district heating. The client thus forms the basis of a distributed control system which is used by the client's internal customers. At the same time, the customer operates a safety network in order to be able to act in the event of a major malfunction in the power supply network or in the PDV data transmission network. The Ethernet components used to set up the PDV data transmission network come from the manufacturer Hirschmann. Due to their age (Mach 3000 installed from 2002, Mach 4000 approx. 2012) and their limited possibilities in IT security and proprietary standards, they are to be replaced, resulting in the installation of a stable, low-maintenance, change-friendly, flexible PDV network that meets the requirements of IT security.
This order includes the delivery, installation, commissioning of the active network components (Industrial Ethernet), service support, training measures and a service contingent.the operated PDV data transmission network comprises the following components:- Backbone:- 41 pieces: Mach 3000 boards;- 14 pieces: Mach 4000;- 13 pieces: Power Mice;- 2 pieces: RSPE;- 24 locations (realised with Mach 3000 & 4000) Hanover region;- 3 central control centre connections (realised with Mach 3000 & 4000).SHDSL:- 16 units: Rack chassis (OneAccess / Digicomm);- 480 units: SHDSL router/card (OneAccess / Digicomm);- 16 units: central rack locations (OneAccess / Digicomm);- 16 units: central rack locations (OneAccess / Digicomm). Digicomm);- 240 units: SHDSL locations (gas/water/district heating/electricity) Hannover Region.TETRA (ATS Elektronik GmbH, 31515 Wunstorf):- 1 central connection;- 16 locations in the Hannover Region.MPLS (T-Systems):- 15 locations throughout Germany.
