Description

The subject matter of the contract is to extend the network in the data center with an SDN-class network solution for two data processing centers of the Court of Appeals in Lublin. The Ordering Party requires the delivery of a centralized server network environment covering two data processing centers and based on the SDN model - "Software Defined Networking". The solution consists of redundant and complementary hardware and software components that form a common entity: a) Central SDN controller managing the physical network and logical layer and ensuring the launch of microservices based on application policy modeling, b) Network infrastructure in the form of 6 pieces of 10/40/100 Gigabit Ethernet switches located in two physically separate data processing centers (3 pieces for each location) and forming a network with IP matrix (fabric) architecture under the exclusive control of the SDN managing component.
The subject matter of the contract is to expand the network in the data center into an SDN-class network solution for two data processing centers of the Court of Appeals in Lublin. The ordering party requires the delivery of a centralized server network environment covering two data processing centers and based on the SDN model - "Software Defined Networking". The solution consists of redundant and complementary hardware and software components that form a common entity: a) Central SDN controller managing the physical network and logical layer and ensuring the launch of microservices based on application policy modeling, b) Network infrastructure in the form of 6 pieces of 10/40/100 Gigabit Ethernet switches located in two physically separate data processing centers (3 pieces per each location) and forming a network with IP matrix (fabric) architecture under the sole control of the SDN managing component. The scope of the installation and implementation service includes: Installation of equipment. Drawing up project documentation, where within 5 days from the day of concluding the Agreement, the Contractor shall prepare the Implementation Design, which shall include the schedule of activities and full scope of implementation works, both in the passive and active part. The Contractor will be able to start providing the installation and implementation services after the Execution Design is approved by the Ordering Party. The approval will take place no later than within 5 days from the date of handing over the project to the Contracting Authority. The Contractor is responsible for the implementation of the supplied devices, including: - installation of backbone network devices in cabinets and equipment crossover,- LAN network configuration to the extent described in the Execution Design,- installation and configuration of management software,- network operation tests according to the scenarios specified in the Execution Design.After the implementation, the basis for signing the final acceptance protocol is the delivery of As-Built Documentation by the Contractor to the Ordering Party in an electronic or paper form. As part of the realization of the subject matter of the contract, a minimum 5-day implementation training should be conducted in the scope of the products offered within this tender. If the tender documentation indicates a trademark, patent origin, source or a specific process that characterizes the supplies or services provided by a particular Economic Operator (in particular a trade name of a form, commodity or product), the Contracting Authority - with reference to the parameters or data (technical or any other) directly or indirectly indicated in the tender documentation, identifying the product or product - shall accept equivalent solutions in accordance with the technical data and parameters included in the above-mentioned documentation, and each such reference shall be provided with a reference "or equivalent". Equivalent solutions shall be understood as solutions with parameters no worse than those required and contained in the documentation. If the Ordering Party describes the subject matter of the contract with reference to standards, European technical evaluations, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party shall accept solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party, and each such reference shall be provided with a reference "or equivalent". A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in appendix no. 1 to the SWZ. The provisions essential for the parties are contained in the model Agreement constituting Annex no. 3 to the SWZ. The required conditions, including warranty and guarantee were defined in appendix no. 1 to the SWZ and in the model Agreement constituting appendix no. 3 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation of personal performance of key tasks covered by the contract by the Economic Operator. This procedure is a part of a contract that has been divided into 5 parts, each of which will be the subject of a separate procedure - details concerning individual parts of the contract are given in point 2.8 of chapter II of the SWZ.
