Description

The subject of the order is the delivery of components necessary for the construction of optical carrier distribution system built within the project "NLPQT - National Laboratory of Photonics and Quantum Technologies". The order has been divided into the following parts: Part no. 1 - Managed switch with SFP modules,Part no. 2 - Single board microcomputer,Part no. 3 - Programmable system MPSoC.Detailed requirements for the subject matter of the contract, are an integral part of the description of the subject matter of the contract and are included in Part IV SWZ Detailed requirements for the subject matter of the contract - respectively for each of the above parts.

The requirements concerning guarantee were included in Part III of the SWZ (Terms of Reference). 3. The subject matter of the contract must be brand new, not exhibited, complete and technically operational. The term "brand new" shall mean the object of the contract originally packed, not used before the date of delivery, excluding the use necessary to test its proper operation after manufacture. 4) The subject matter of the contract must be free from any physical or legal defects or claims of third parties. 5) The supplied subject matter of the contract must come from the manufacturer of the product. 5 The supplied items must come from the manufacturer's official distribution channels covering the European Union market, ensuring in particular the fulfilment of warranty rights.6 The subject matter of the contract shall be supplied together with the manufacturer's official distribution channels covering the European Union market.The subject matter of the contract shall be delivered with manuals, drivers and any accompanying software necessary for the proper use of these elements (obtaining full functionality indicated in Part IV of the SWZ - applies to parts no. 1 and 2.7. The supplied subject matter of the contract intended for power supply from the mains must be equipped with an adequate number of power cables allowing it to be plugged into standard power sockets, unless otherwise stated in Part IV of the SWZ.8.
