NETCENTS-2 NETCENTRIC PRODUCTS SOLICITATION: Only quotes from NETCENTS-2 NETCENTRIC PRODUCTS awardees will be considered for this requirement.
DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES WITH THE AFWAY PORTAL ALL NETCENTS-2 SOLICITATIONS ISSUED PURSUANT TO FAIR OPPORTUNITY ARE CURRENTLY BEING POSTED ON FBO.
This is a Fair Opportunity Request for Quotes (RFQ) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 16.5 and subject to the terms and conditions of the NETCENTS-2 NETCENTRIC PRODUCTS Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract.
The solicitation numbered FA8604-19-F-1161 incorporates the provisions and clauses of the FAR and applicable FAR supplements in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-101. Please reference this solicitation number in the subject line of responses to this RFQ.
THIS REQUIREMENT IS FOR THE FOLLOWING: HP EliteDesk 800 G4 SFF. This requirement is for brand name or equivalent.
See the attached Bill of Materials (BOM) for specific requirement specifications.
- Any incidental travel required for this effort will be accounted for within the offerers installation cost. All travel must be in direct support of this effort and in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR). Profit shall not be paid on travel costs.
- Vendors submitting a response to any RFQ that includes a requirement for supplies or services that have incurred, or that may incur, lapses in maintenance support shall include as part of its response any applicable reinstatement fee(s).
- All items in this solicitation are subject to the Trade Agreements Act (TAA) restrictions contained within DFARS 252.225-7021.
- The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating for this order is DO-A7.
- The Government may conduct Interchanges with one, some, none or all offerors at its discretion.
- Award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable, responsive, responsible NETCENTS-2 offeror.
- This solicitation is not a guarantee that an order will be placed, and the Government reserves the right, without penalty, to cancel or amend it at any time.
Anticipated Award Date is: 24 July 2019
Lt Col Brian E. Miller has been appointed as the Ombudsman. The purpose of the Ombudsman is to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. The Ombudsman does not participate in the preparation of solicitations, evaluation of proposals, or source selection process and does not diminish the authority of the contracting officer.
