The subject matter of the contract is: Delivery of foodstuffsSection 1 - Rental of dispensers with delivery of water bottles The Ordering Party does not allow submitting partial offers.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Attachment 2b and Attachment 5 to SWZ (Terms of Reference).
3.3 In the cases where trademarks, patents or origin, source or a specific process that characterizes certain products or services provided by a particular contractor are indicated in the description of the subject matter of the contract, it means that the Contracting Authority cannot describe the subject matter of the contract in a sufficiently precise and understandable way, however, in each such situation the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described above. In such situations, any reference to trademarks, patents, origin, source or a specific process that characterizes specific products or services provided by a particular economic operator should be read together with the words "or equivalent".When describing the subject matter of a contract by reference to standards, technical evaluations, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3), the Contracting Authority shall accept solutions equivalent to those described. 214 PAR.
