Description
The subject of the contract is the performance of services, hereinafter referred to as maintenance works, related to the maintenance of natural watercourses and canals in proper technical condition, as well as control structures and water equipment located on them in order to ensure: - protection against flooding, - ice run-off and prevention of adverse ice phenomena, - conditions of water use, including maintenance of the water table at a level enabling the operation of water equipment, - operation of water equipment, in particular its proper technical and functional condition.A detailed description and scope of works and activities constituting the subject of the contract for particular tasks are specified in: pre-dimensions of works and cost estimates marked as Appendix No. 13 to the ToR, description of the subject of the contract Appendix No. 10 to the ToR and Technical Specification for performance and acceptance of maintenance works and environmental supervision Appendix No. 12 to the ToR.
