Description

Seven contracts (lots 1-7) for the supply of natural gas and the associated services for the points of delivery specified in the Annex to the respective contract (EVB2.1 - 2.7) shall be put out to tender. A contract shall be concluded for all natural gas collection points of a lot and the delivery period shall commence on 1 January 2020 at 06:00 hours, the contract period shall commence with commissioning and end on 31 March of the calendar year following the end of the delivery period and the offer shall be made under the premise of separation of gas trading, network use and metering point operation. The supplier shall be responsible for carrying out the use of the grid as well as the operation of the measuring points on his behalf. The fees associated with the use of the grid, fees for metering point operation and the balancing levy shall be paid separately in the amount approved by the regulatory authority or reported by the grid operator and metering point operator. The consumption quantities stated in the lists of points of consumption as an annex to the contract (EVB2.1 - 2.7) are estimated annual consumption based on the consumption quantities from previous years (see below). If the Customer's requirements so require, acceptance points may be deregistered and new acceptance points may be registered and added to the list of acceptance points.
