Supply of gas to several contracting authorities.
1. the subject of the contract is the supply of natural gas to the contracting entity's offtake points At the same time, the invitation to tender shall be issued for the following affiliated companies:Sozial- und Jugendzentrum Hinterste Mühle gGmbH Hinterste Mühle 2 17033 Neubrandenburg Veranstaltungszentrum Neubrandenburg GmbH Parkstraße 1 17033 Neubrandenburg The supply shall be made to 21 offtake points whose expected annual gas demand is approx. 5 million kWh/year. The points of delivery are listed in the service specifications. The annual consumption data for the individual offtake points stated in the service specifications are from 2019. These data are merely an orientation framework for the calculation of offers and do not represent binding purchase quantities.2 Gas supply prices:For the gas purchased, the customer pays a working price in cents per kilowatt hour and a basic price in Euro/year. The net working price includes the energy tax (currently: 0.55 ct/kWh).in addition, the value added tax is to be added to the net prices shown.fees charged by the respective network operator are not to be included in the offer price.This concerns in particular:- network usage fees of the network operator;- fees for measurement and provision of metering data by the network operator or metering point operator;- concession fees according to the Concession Fee Ordinance (KAV);- control and compensation energy levy according to § 29 sentence 2 GasNZV (control energy levy).an adjustment of the gas supply prices during the contract period is excluded. A fixed price for the supply of natural gas shall apply throughout the entire term of the supply contract for natural gas.3 Network use:The supply of natural gas including network use (so-called all-inclusive contract) shall be put out to tender and awarded. The individual offtake points are located in the network area of Neubrandenburger Stadtwerke GmbH.4 Conclusion of contract:As a result, a contract with the same price shall be concluded for each of the participating public customers. A special document is to be drawn up for the gas supply contract in the form of the attached model gas supply contract. The offer may not be based on the bidder's own contractual conditions.
