Description

The subject matter of the contract is a comprehensive supply - including sale and provision of distribution services - of high-methane natural gas, symbol E, in the period from 1 January 2022 until 31 December 2022, with a total forecast volume of 38,563,400 kWh to 217 delivery points.
The subject matter of the contract is a comprehensive supply - including sale and provision of distribution services - of high-methane natural gas, symbol E, in the period from 1 January 2022 until 31 December 2022, with a total forecast volume of 38,563,400 kWh to 217 delivery points. For the purpose of determining the forecasted gas consumption in kWh, the conversion factor of 11.4 was adopted for the estimated volume of 3 382 756 m3. Decrease or increase of gas volume shall not entail any consequences for the Customers (gas consumers), except for the necessity of making payment for the actually consumed gas volume and gas transmission services in accordance with the applicable Tariff of the Operator. The Contractor, based on the granted Power of Attorney, shall be obliged to: 1) submit, on its own behalf and on behalf of the Ordering Parties (Customers), comprehensive agreements to the relevant Distribution System Operator (OSD) in order to conduct the supplier switching procedure in accordance with the applicable regulations, 2) represent the Ordering Parties (Customers) before the OSD in the supplier switching process.
