Description

The purpose of this framework agreement is to establish the terms governing the subsequent contracts to be awarded, for the supply, transmission of natural gas and associated services, the task of balance responsible, the transmission of energy under the single contract, excluding the rental and maintenance of the metering station for large consumer buildings (indicative annual consumption between 300 and 5000 for option T3 and > 5000 for option T4 in Mwh). The scope concerned is subject to change during the performance of subsequent contracts depending on the acquisitions, disposals or demolitions of the community's real estate assets, as well as the membership of the college order grouping during the framework agreement.
