Description

This consultation concerns a multi-awarded framework agreement, giving rise to the conclusion of subsequent subsequent contracts, under the conditions defined in Articles L. 2125-1, R. 2162-7, 8 and 10 of the Public Procurement Code. It allows the public entity to "pre-select", without any minimum or maximum number, the holders deemed suitable to respond to subsequent contracts. The framework agreement is concluded without minimum or maximum amounts, in terms of both value and quantity over its total duration. This framework agreement shall run from its date of notification to 31.8.2023.
