Description

Sale and transmission of gaseous fuel from the natural gas family, E-methane high-methane group, at a pressure not lower than 1.6 kPa to the installation located in the Customer's facility in Radom at 1 Tochtermana Street (boiler room from Narutowicza Street).Cd. section VI.3.6.5.5. Before awarding the contract, the Contracting Authority shall invite the Economic Operator whose tender was the highest evaluated to submit, within a specified time limit not shorter than 10 days, valid for the date of submission of the following statements or documents:6.5.1. b) statement of the Economic Operator that no final court verdict or final administrative decision on arrears in payment of taxes, charges or social or health insurance contributions has been issued in relation to him or her or - in the case of such a verdict or decision - documents confirming payment of these receivables together with possible interest or fines or conclusion of a binding agreement on payment of these receivables;c) a declaration by the Economic Operator that he has not been declared unsuccessful as a precautionary measure against the prohibition of competition for public contracts; d) an extract from the relevant register or from the central register and information on business activity, where separate provisions require entry in the register or register to confirm that there are no grounds for exclusion pursuant to Article 2(2). 24 item 5 point 1 of the PPL Act;e) If the Economic Operator has a seat or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, instead of the documents referred to in:1) letters B, C, C and D, the Economic Operator shall be entitled to use the following documents a) - it consists of information from a relevant register or, if there is no such register, another equivalent document issued by a competent judicial or administrative body of the country where the Economic Operator has its registered office or place of residence or the person to whom the information or document refers, within the scope defined in art. 24 item 1 points 13, 14 and 21 of the PPL Act;2) Letter A) of the Act on Economic Operators d - submits a document or documents issued in the country where the Economic Operator has its seat or place of residence, confirming that no liquidation or bankruptcy has been opened;3) The documents referred to in points 1 and 2 shall be issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submission of tenders;4) If in the country where the Economic Operator has its seat or place of residence or the person to whom the document relates is not issued, the documents referred to in item 1 shall be replaced by a document containing, respectively, the Economic Operator's declaration, indicating the person or persons authorized to represent him, or the declaration of the person to whom the document was to refer, made before a notary public or before a judicial, administrative or professional or business self-government body competent for the Economic Operator's seat or place of residence;5) The Economic Operator having the seat within the territory of the Republic of Poland, with reference to a person having a residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, to whom the document indicated in item 5.1.1 applies. a, he shall submit the document referred to in point A of the Annex. 1, to the extent specified in Article 24(1)(14) and (21) of the PPL. If in the country of residence of the person to whom the document was intended to apply is not issued, it shall be replaced by a document containing a declaration by that person before a notary public or before a judicial, administrative or professional or economic authority competent in respect of the place of residence of that person.Cd. in section III.1.2.
