Description

3.1 The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply (sale and distribution) of gas fuel, i.e. E-type high-methane natural gas (GZ-50) to 3 points of consumption through existing gas connections, and the provision of distribution services for facilities belonging to the Wieliczka Salt Mine. The total estimated amount of gas consumed by the Mine during the year is 9,400 MWh.

Ordered power 400 kWh/h estimated amount of gas consumed 900 MWh for the needs of the boiler room located in the building of the Regis Shaft Above Shaft - "Regis" boiler room equipped with a De Dietrich condensing boiler type C 230-170 with a capacity of 170 kW and a Viessman Vitoplex 200 boiler with a capacity of 440 kW.The mine forecasts the consumption of gas fuel for connection No. 3 in the individual months of the calendar year, in the amount of:Forecast consumption of natural gas in the individual months of each year [kWh]October 90,000November 110,000December 120,000January 140,000February 140,000March 110,000April 60,000May 40,000June 25,000July 25,000August 20,000September 20,000Total900,000For Connection Nos. 1,2 and 3: The Contracting Authority is not exempt from excise tax under Art. 31b paragraph 2 of the Excise Tax Act (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2019, item 864).The forecast of gas consumption for individual connections is for bid comparison purposes only and in no way constitutes an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase gas in the specified quantity.The supply of gaseous fuel will take place on the basis of a contract containing the provisions of a sales contract and a contract for the provision of gas transmission or distribution services ("comprehensive contract") and will be performed under the terms and conditions specified by the provisions of the Energy Law of April 10, 1997 ( Journal of Laws of 2012, item 1059 j.t.Settlements will take place on the basis of current indications of measuring systems located in the following places: a) connection no. 1: Wieliczka Park Kingi 1 (supplying gas to the facilities of the Mine, except for the Salt Works)b) connection no. 2: Wieliczka Park Kingi 1 (supplying gas to the facilities of the Salt Works)c) connection no. 3: Wieliczka Plac Kościuszki 10.Detailed information on the subject matter of the contract and the rules for its execution are contained in the general terms and conditions of the contract, which constitute Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ.
