Description
The subject matter of the contract is: "Purchase of gas fuel, including distribution and supply of gas for schools and educational institutions from the area of Targówek district of the Capital City of Warsaw in the years 2022-2024". The supply will be realized to educational institutions from the area of Targówek district indicated in the attachment to the proceedings. The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall be defined in detail in the description of the subject matter of the contract, contract and annex to the contract (list of the Ordering Party's facilities covered by the subject matter of the contract), constituting an integral part of the Terms of Reference. The estimated demand for natural gas in the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2024 is 6,515,952 kWh (basic order), and including the option right is 7,493,345 kWh.
