Description

This consultation concerns the supply of energy, natural gas and active electricity, with transmission, as well as the balancing responsibility, the capacity mechanism, the EECs, with associated services for different delivery points allocated for several member communes of the Saint-Louis Agglomeration as well as Saint-Louis Agglomeration itself for its facilities. For each lot, the framework agreement will be executed by means of subsequent contracts concluded in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2162-7 et seq. of the Public Order Code, for a single price applied to the quantities actually delivered. The framework agreement is intended to cover not only the existing delivery points, but also the delivery points that the members of the grouping plan to attach during performance. The description of the expected services is specified in the Special Technical Specifications (CCTP) specific to each lot.
Estimated volumes: 71 MV - LV sites > 36 Kva 9,200 Mwh/year. Estimated volumes: 118 sites BT 3 - 36 Kva/Br provisional 944 Mwh/year. Estimated volumes: 135 sites BT 3 - 36 Kva public lighting 2 025 Mwh/year. Estimated volumes: 89 sites T2/T3 GRDF zone 1 085 Mwh/year. Estimated volumes: 30 sites T2/T3 Veolia zone 3 300 Mwh/year.
