1. The National Transmission & Despatch Company Limited (NTDC) now invites sealed Bids from eligible and qualified Bidders (who fulfill the requisite qualification criteria specified in Section III: EQC of bidding documents) for the procurement of following materials (the Goods) and related services. International Competitive Bidding (ICB) will be conducted in accordance with Single Stage-One Envelope (SSOE) procedure.

2. Bidding will be conducted through procedures in accordance with the applicable Guidelines for Procurement under Japanese ODA Loans and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Bidding Document.

4. The Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address mentioned above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000.00 (Rupees Five Thousand only) or USD equivalent by cashiers cheque, pay order or demand draft in favor of Chief Engineer (EHV-I) NTDC, Lahore. The Bidding Documents may be collected in person or may be requested to be sent by express airmail upon payment of an additional fee of PKR 3,000 for domestic delivery or USD 150.00 for overseas delivery. No liability will be accepted by NTDC for loss in transit or late delivery.

5. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the Standard Bidding Documents under Japanese ODA Loans for the Procurement of Goods.

6. Bids must be delivered to the following address at or before 11:00 am (Pakistan Standard Time) on July 30th 2024 and must be accompanied by a Bid security as described in the Bidding Document.
